“Secucat” is a smart phone Application.
the emergency signal sending App. to the monitoring center.
Citizens or Visitors need to download this App. from @playstore,
and register with User Name and Birth information.
Also need to agree the terms and condition to let center can access user’s phone.

In WiFi or Network connection condition, user can send emergency signal to the monitoring center by
press and hold the “Cat” icon for 5 seconds on the phone, or shaking the phone 5 times.
The monitoring center will be received the signal from the smart phone, and connect the phone to listen and
look the situation for helping user. What’s more, text chatting or voice communication is possible with IOC center.
