Storage and Cleaning


01 Refrigerator

If you’re planning to eat them in 1 to 2 days, drain the water, wrap them up in plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator. Keeping them in water can make the scallops go bad fast so make sure you put them in the refrigerator after you drain the water.

02 Freezer

If you’re not planning to eat them right away, put them in the freezer. Thaw for about an hour before you cook them.

03 Preparation

1. Submerged clean scallops in saltwater for about an hour.
2. Use a brush to remove any dirt or debris on the surface before cooking.
