1. Put the oysters in clean water for about 30 minutes.
2. Cook the oysters in the steamer until the shells start to open.
1. Heat the pan, add 3 table spoons of olive oil and add some garlic and paprika.
2. Add cream and milk and boil them down a little bit and then add 1 table spoon of oyster sauce.
3. Add boiled pasta and stir all together for a bit.
1. Mix ground radish with oysters to remove any debris, put them in light saltwater and then clean them.
2. Season the oysters with salt, pepper and rice wine.
3. Beat some eggs and add some salt.
4. Dredge oysters in flour mixture, then in egg and lastly in frying powder or bread crumbs.
5. Fry the oysters in pan pre-heated up to 170 degrees C.
